Album Notes
"Up On Cedar Ridge" is the first CD of Leslie Tift and Tom Scott. It is a unique blend of blues, country, folk and jazz. The instruments are primarily acoustic guitars occasionally graced with fiddle, banjo, mandolin, clarinet, percussion, pedal steel and cello. Many of the songs are soul bearing. For example, the original love songs on this CD affect the individual in a way that is uniquely their own. From the first track, "Like a Pebble in My Shoe", to the last track "Beneath the Stars", you will recognize that each song is different and has its own personality.

When listening to their music you get a sense of their true organic nature. You come away with a feeling that you have known them for many years.........like old friends.
