Album Notes
When I think of my collection of original music, I think of how eclectic it is. I write what I feel at the time. I often write blues inspired songs, but I also write country, folk, rock, ballads and even jazz inspired tunes. Because of this, I thought it prudent to make my first CD one with various styles of music. It best reflects me as a songwriter. Most of my songs do have one thing in common, though. They tell a story. I’ve often referred to myself as a storyteller. When I perform, I sing so that the story is told the right way; with the right feeling and emotion. For me, if you can’t tell the story right, then why bother?
It is my hope that you enjoy the journey through each song and the CD and that, perhaps, you get to know me a little.
Its not all of me, though. There's more to come...
