Album Notes
Find yourself a quiet space without distraction. Turn off the phone and ask to not be disturbed. Get comfortable, lay down or sit. Which ever feels most inviting to you. Be sure to allow your mind to clear, and allow yourself to be gently guided through the exercises. It is recommended that you complete these exercises every night at bed time but they may be completed at any time you desire. The exercises may be used individually or in conjunction with each other for optimum relaxation and stress relief. The body and mind responds well to repetition and routine so the more you listen to the exercises on a regular basis, the more you will feel the benefits of their healing and relaxation. Your body will become conditioned and you will note the depth of time required lessons as you utilize the exercises on a regular basis.

1. Full Body Relaxation - (17:39) This exercise is designed to assist you in feeling complete and total physical body relaxation. This track ends with a 30 second period of silence to gently bring you into the White Light Clearing.

2. White Light Clearing - (12:26) Feel your body lighten and de-stress as all your stored worries, stress, fears and anxiety gently melt away. Peace, balance and tranquility are all that remain.
