Album Notes
Little Miss Ann’s third album, Walk with Me, was recorded in a bungalow in Chicago with producer Jon
Williams, the album features two Kindie luminaries on backup vocals:
Brooklyn’s award-winning Suzi Shelton on three tracks and Seattle’s
Charlie Hope, a Best Independent Music Awards winner, on one.
WIth its folk/rock/bluegrass style, Walk with Me embodies the Kindie spirit, bringing
together like-minded, independent musicians to perform a lively mixture of original and
traditional songs that parents will love as much as kids. Even the musicians’ families get
involved—the youngest singers on Walk with Me are all the children of band members.
And Little Miss Ann’s husband Patrick Milani plays drums and does all of the
album’s artwork. The tunes are chockablock with positive messages for kids while being
just a bit nostalgic, recognizing that parents need to nurture their children so that they
will blossom and grow, but must let them go someday.

Delightful album
For any music-loving parent there is an urgency to make sure your kid is digging important tunes. “Repeat after me--B is for Beatles,” I might say to my toddler. Little Miss Ann’s songs proved to me that good, fun music for kids is out there. Tonight as my husband and I were putting pajamas on our 2 year-old he starting singing the song “There’s a Little Wheel” off of one of Ann’s previous albums (Music for Tots). Even though our son listens to her music all the time I was amazed that this song would “randomly” be in his head. We just picked up her new album Walk with Me and are enjoying the quality time of listening to this delightful album together. So far “Goodbye Goodbye” and “Take me for who I am” are my faves. (But even though I’m an Ann fan it’s not about me!) I can’t wait for my son--with his budding musical taste buds---to sing to me his favorites off of Little Miss Ann’s latest.

Love it!
Not only are we fortunate enough to get to see Little Miss Ann live b/c we live in this great city of Chicago. But now we can listen anytime we want... My son doesn't have many words yet but I got a huge laugh when we were "Waltzing Matilda" all around the room and he was saying "Tilda" "Tilda!"
Loving this CD and happy to have it playing in the car so I can hum along too.
Honey Bear Ham is also a FAVE!
Now get singing!

Breakfast Boogie!
"I scored my copy of 'Walk With Me" this past weekend, and my kids have not stopped dancing since. Upon finishing their breakfast every morning since, my 3 1/2 year old son promptly asks his 20 month old sister if she'd like to go 'have a dance party', and the two of them toddle off and 2 minutes later, I'm hearing Little Miss Ann's fabulous voice flowing from the speakers, accompanied by my giggling children. Breakfast dishes have never been so much fun!!"

Walk With Me
My three year old daughter (actually my wife and myself too) are huge fans of Little Miss Ann. We've been following her around the kiddie concert venue of Chicago for over 2 years now. We happily bought two cds at her release party - one for us and one for our two year old nephews. I already know the words to all the songs on it due to the amount of play it gets. Sometimes I find myself still listening to it after I've dropped my daughter at school. I highly recommend "Walk With Me" as well as her first two cds! LMA Rocks!
