Album Notes
Little Spiders Studio is located in Kimberton, PA and is still the only studio near Philadelphia with its own bed and breakfast.
Regional, as well as Traveling acts are welcomed. Fill out your gigging schedule with a couple of days of recording and R&R. We've been turning out some seriously good music, often working with Grammy award winners in the process. Producer/engineer Ernie Tokay has recorded bands since the days of analog, and has fitted the studio with fine microphones and gear with an eye towards simplicity. The sounds produced from this studio will speak for themselves. Recently, one highly credentialed, Grammy winning traditional producer/musician looked Ernie right in the eye while listening to playback and said, "Ernie, you have a great, great sounding studio!" and continued, "my band is at the point where we feel we should be using big studios, I almost forgot that well constructed is more important than big!" Matt Baldwin, of the band Hogmaw, was asked by a friend to recommend a studio. His answer? "Ernie Tokay, hands down!" And this is not where it ends. We have great working relationships with the best in the music business. Do you want to cut basics at a famous "A-room?" Done! Do you want to involve other studios and mastering houses in the process? Easy! Do you need a cost-effective plan to get recorded so your career can take off? Our specialty! We develop talent as well!
