Lo’key tha Y.G.
De'Andre Brown born in Los Angeles, Calif. Well known to many fans, friends and family as Lo’key.

Why the name Lo’key tha Y.G?
The name Lo’Key came from being more of a listener than a speaker.
Residing in the Inland Empire since the age of fifteen, Lo’key was a natural at Entertaining. From an early age Lo’key would study the work of different rap artists such as Kurupt & Daz Dillenger, Brotha Lynch, 2 pac, Mausburg, Jayo Felony, Ice Cube, Tray Dee, Young Lexo his cousin and female rap artist/ manager Miz Tasti his Mother, and was able to emulate great artist vocal and rap styles. It was inevitable that Lo’key would have a dream to seek a career as a rapper/songwriter and live performer. This edgy & insightful young man is clear on his views of life as a twenty-year-old, and staying real and in touch with what’s going on in the world, as well as his peers. Lo’key music and songwriting will confirm that he is the “real deal” and here to stay.

Lokey tha Y.G.-Pushes all buttons with his new single titled “Chuckz & Cortez” featuring “Miz.Tasti” & “Dirty Knuckle”, from the 2009 coming album titled "The Introduction”, all deriving from the West Coast. This song "Chuckz & Cortez" and 12 other hot tracks mainly produced by various artist from Cali, The EP finds the Rap artist at both creative, and personal apex. This single sizzles with Lo’key realism trademark, but it is also buoyed by a sparkling personality. Lo’key songs are anchored by stunning vocal displays that rival this generation’s greatest voices. Lo’key is an exceptional lyricist, performing and recording artist, his intoxicating lyrics cannot be denied.
