Album Notes
Lonnie is a native of the Northwest and is based in Seattle where he is active as a performer and composer. He has performed widely in the US including jazz festivals in Westport CT and the Lake Tahoe Music Festival and toured Japan as a solo guitarist. Recently he has performed at Hempfest, the Mount Rainier Blues and Jazz Festival, the Alki Arts Fair, the Tacoma Blues and Jazz Festival. Lonnie plays a warm mix of standards from the great American song book along with exciting and accessible foot tapping original tunes. He likes to blend jazz, blues, pop, and rock influences with an extensive classical background in performance and composition into a warm and vibrant music suited to all audiences.
