ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Being in origin dance orientated music, the group’s repertoire consists almost exclusively of original compositions, offering a fresh and actual approach to the genre.
Created in 2014, the group found its place in the most important milongas of Buenos Aires, creating their style in collaboration with prestigious Tango dancers, and guided by the experience of internationally acclaimed DJ’s and dance teachers. The individual musical careers of bandmembers Pablo Murgier (piano), Simone Tolomeo (bandoneon), and Sebastián Noya (double bass), brings the influence of Jazz, Rock and Latin-American music.
Their first release, „Los Milonguitas I“, features top rank artists Ramiro Gallo and Adriana Varela. The second album, „Rosa y Negro“, edited in France in 2019, counts with the collaboration of more than ten guest artists from Argentina, Russia, France and Korea.
Between March 2017 and the present date, Los Milonguitas has played numerous tours in three continents, passing through thirty countries and playing over one hundred concerts.
