Album Notes
Lumpz One returns with the epic album of 2013, "The Insomniac Hour Volume III: The Final Hour", a double disc album that finally rivals his earlier released 2008 album, "Phungi Muzack". Crowds in the SW have experienced lyricism and word play live from the great performer before, but not like this.
Born and raised in New Mexico, during a short 16 month stay in Tucson, AZ, Lumpz One created the album in full, from music to lyrics, recorded in The Silence To Sound Laboratory, which is a self owned studio that is always going through a constant expansion. It is always hard to pin point the exact influences that may exist for the experienced artist, as his music has always evolved, and stands out from his peers. Quality is the biggest factor in his music, a sure classic in the making with the help of his listeners.
Lumpz One has been featured on both public access and commercial television on multiple occasions, is a returning guest on the hit college radio show on NM's 89.9 KUNM Friday Night Street Beat, and has been reviewed and interviewed in Murder Dog Magazine in 2011 by noticed musician and writer, Black Dog Bone. With plans on achieving his very first national tour, Lumpz intends to release another album soon, while performing and bringing a musical experience with only one man on a mic to crowds all over.
