ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Jack & Coke" is a honky-tonk song written by singer/songwriter Lynda Kay that appears in the Emmy-Award Winning Series Justified on FX in Episode #308 which airs on Tuesday, March 6th . Look for the girl with the big hair, gold lamé suit, and Gretsch SparkleJet guitar...she'll be hard to miss!

Lynda Kay is currently in pre-production for her next album which she begins recording at Capitol Studios next month. Produced by Brad Benedict, the man who brought us the Capitol Ultra-Lounge Series, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and the Blue Hawaiians, his new adventure promises not to disappoint. Lynda Kay's next album features originals and classic tunes from the late 1950's-early 1960's which she has been Showcasing at the Three Clubs 1123 Vine St. in Hollywood on the 1st Thursday of Every Month at 9:00 pm sharp for Coffin Case's Club Tarantino Night (named the Best Industry Night in Los Angeles by LA Weekly). If you like Roy Orbison, Patsy Cline, David Lynch, and Marilyn Monroe you will like this too.
