Top heavy, but that's a heavy top
I bought this album after only hearing Caption Obvious, which is one of the coolest songs I've heard in a while. I was a tad surprised at the more subdued and mellow tone of most of the rest of the album...but not in a bad way. The rest of it is solid, but for me its the faster, more frenetic songs like Captain Obvious, Hot Potato, Madeline isn't Coming Home that make this album. It reminds me of most Sparklehorse albums in that respect, which definitely should be taken as a complement, but not quite at the level of a Tullycraft or Neutral Milk.

It's very very very ... ?
It's "very very very ... ?" because like all music the next word depends on you. This is from the Butthole Surfers Captain Beefheart part of the musical universe. A wonderfully liberating and happy CD filled with some odd musical choices that work extremely well with lyrics that range from bizzare to profound and back again. That said this listener definately says "Thank You!" because different is good.

An awesome
This album is about as odd as its title. The mood is constantly changing with each song (swinging between childish happiness, melancholy and hyperactivity), while each song makes sense in some unexplicable way (and if not, it still does). A must to have, or at least hear.
