ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Machinery Hill plays a combination of original music and creative arrangements drawing from traditional sources such as Klezmer, American Folk, Bluegrass, Celtic, Reggae/Ska and Blues. They have performed along with such diverse acts as BeauSoleil, BuckWheat Zydeco, Frente, Phish, Black 47, Brave Combo, Eugene Chadbourne, Jimmy Carl Black and Queen Ida; and have headlined at The Great River Folk Festival, among others.

The six members of Machinery Hill call Minneapolis, Minnesota home and have been performing to a variety of audiences for the past 15 years. While juggling various day jobs and families, this group has been writing and performing some of the most unusual music in the Northlands.
