Mac Martin and The Dixie Travelers have been performing traditional bluegrass music since 1954. County Sales rated their early 1990^s releases amongst the top five of their respective years. A new CD is in progress while CD rereleases are being made of their Rural Rythum, County, Old Homestead, and Gateway recordings. The band continues to utilize Mac^s extensive repertoire of obscure traditional material.
