Album Notes
About the Band
I, Eiji, was born in Manhattan, NY in 1962. When I was 4 years old my family moved to Japan. A place on the southern tip of Japan in a town called Kagoshima. When I was 14 my family moved back to the United Stated in the city of Baltimore.
David was born in Washington D.C. then moved to Zambia, Africa because his father was an American Ambassador stationed there. Which was where Mike was born. His family moved from Africa to Italy but only stayed for a short period of time before moving back to the States in Baltimore, MD.
All of us come from different corners of the world yet somehow all met in Baltimore. Strangely. And in 1976 Mike and I met for the first time at a Japanese Steak House. I was a bassist , Mike was a guitarist and his brother was a drummer. So the 3 piece band was formed calling it The Mad Horseman Project.
We were always an experimental band trying new things, looking for new sounds, ect. But after a while all the heavy and intense experiments began to catch up to us and we were beginning to be burned out. Mike decided we should give it a break for a while and go our separate ways. So that's exactly what we did, we went our separate ways and didn't see each other for 10 years. Long break that was. I got married, had kids and, became a family man. Which eventually ended up a divorce anyway. So I called Mike up with the interest to reform the band.
Now here we are, back together again and, reformed. With new and interesting sounds and ideas. No wife to get in the way. We now have more experience then ever, new equipment, new age but the same old magic we always had. And all for the love and dedication to music. Music we love and we hope you, the listener, will enjoy it as much as we do.

Absolutley Brilliant
Definitley a one of a kind experience. Mixes old and new styles............a fresh look at Jazz Fusion meets psychedelia old rock......A must have for that one up off the wall collector. Absolutely Brilliant. The Guitar work is stunning and the bass line and percussion are spot on.
