ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Male Ensemble Northwest is comprised of 15 choral directors from Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. As all members have jobs in choral music, the group convenes only about five times a year. Many of the song sung by MEN are either composed by, or arranged by members of the group. Members include Dan Davison, Phill Hurley, Brent LiaBraaten, Wallace Long, Kirk Marcy, Darren McCoy, Will McLean, Seth McMullen, Max Mendez, Matt Pierce, Justin Raffa, Isaac Robbins, Ryan Smit, Jim Taylor, and Reg Unterseher. The group performs in community concerts, festivals and workshops throughout the Northwest, and sometimes beyond. In October of 2016, the group traveled to Bangkok, Thailand, giving concerts and workshops to young choral musicians.
