Album Notes
This project originally began as a Kickstarter campaign (which was successful thanks to the many individuals that supported it). It was intended to pay homage to Charles Messier and others for the 110 Messier Objects that were catalogued to assist comet hunters in determining objects that they might otherwise think were comets, but were, in fact, not comets.

Eight of the compositions you'll hear were created based on Messier Objects chosen by backers who selected the Choose Your Own Messier Object pledge level. The remaining compositions are based on objects I chose myself.

The cover art for this album was commissioned using proceeds from Kickstarter and was created by Alberta artist Leanne Stock. For more of Leanne's work, look for her on tumblr via sunshinesrain and sunshinesrain-art.
