Album Notes
This is the complete recording of the cool jazz piece used as a soundtrack for the Sax and the Suburb book trailer. It's a jazz tune suitable for listening to while making out with your crush of the week or reminiscing about your last private eye gig. I'll be putting out a full length album of jazz instrumentals in the near future, but meanwhile, I also write a Dave Frishberg/Blossom Dearie/Tom Lehrer/Ray Charles type mix of jazz-inflected pop tunes. They are out in the form of three c.d.'s: Voyeur Princess, Teapot Lady, and Somebody Else's Weirdo. (If you like the writing in the lyrics of these, check out Sax and the Suburb too! It's on amazon and other internet sites as an ebook and will be in print form in Spring of 2012.)

Performed by: David Gettys-trumpet, Richard Fenno-saxophone, Marilyn Rucker-piano, Adam Booker-bass, Bryan Copeland-Drums,
