Blues Eternity groups some of the very top bluesmen around. JIMMY THOMAS started his singing career with IKE TURNER's Blues Review and his subsequent career in Europe included recording with the ROLLING STONES, JOHN LENNON, GARY MOORE and others of that ilk. PAUL LAMB - guesting here - is a British Hall of Famer and widely recognized as world's top harmonica maestro. MARK OLBRICH - band leader and bassist has been called ' the grooviest blues bassist there is' by European media. Drummer Sam Kelly won numerous drummer of the year award. Guitarist and singer EDDIE ANGEL is recognized as the top up-coming string-man, recently toured the world with Earl Thomas. Simply Awesome!
I saw Blues Eternity first in London, and was absolutely in awe. They do really got the blues. I have rarely come across a European band that can make you feel as if you were in a blues shed in New Orleans. Having Jimmy Thomas with them is a real coup!!! I did not think they could get any better, but they did. Mark is about the best blues bassist there is. Love the band and can't wait for the postman to arrive with my vinyl version! Guys, if you read this. You are in Tina's words "SIMPLY THE BEST"
