Last Show On Earth

by Matthias Bossi

Recorded at home in West Oakland. Using only the built in microphone on my MacBook. A strange journey that winds through the dark soul of the wettest night. CD Packages hand letter-pressed cutely... but badly.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Sleepytime Gorilla Museum drummer Matthias Bossi sat at home in March of 2009, and yelled into the screen of his laptop.
He played flutes and other instruments he found around the house.
He banged on drums and recorded Mexican Weddings on a hand held tape recorder.
What he came up with is a curious mixture of booty jams, summer anthems, and disjointed radio plays.
It all came together in 12 days of recording.
Warts and all, here it is. Surprisingly Rocking, always honest. Likely Confusing.

Mixed by Dan Rathbun of Sleepytime Gorilla Museum.
Potentially fun for all ages.
