His debut CD, Matt Wigler XIII, released in June of 2007, is receiving great reviews. According to Tim Richards at, “With a pleasant mix of originals and covers, Matt kicks the mule in the tail…”
The CD was produced by blues piano maven Deanna Bogart. She says about Matt: “Whether Matt’s jamming on the Blues Cruise, being invited on stage with great musicians, or at home listening to those who came before, it’s the love and respect for music that truly propels him along.”

Great album from what appears to be a "child prodigy"! This kid has got a bonafide feel for blues & jazz piano techniques. His playing is amazing. Can't wait to see him in person.
