ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Kristin McCaig started off as a poet before adding rhythm and melody to her words. Her career began to unfold when she was invited on stage with Sarah McLachlan at Lilith Fair 1998. She released her debut album "Beyond The Fall" in August/2002 successfully distributing 1000 copies independently in Ottawa and receiving airtime on 4 major Ottawa radio stations, she headed back into the studio to complete her second full length album titled "Drive."
There has been much anticipation for the November 2003 release. This album will prove to all skeptics that Kristin McCaig is on top of the modern/folk scene-and she is there to stay.

we are taken on a trip for fulfillment and attain, via the
title cut, merely knowing acceptance. And finish with a
goodbye song... Quite a trip but not one for parties...

Great CD to put on while dining
I often have special evenings with my wife where I make a delicious meal for just the two of us, light the candles and play a fantistic CD to complete the ambience.

Kristin McCaig's Drive CD is just the music to spice up a fantastic evening.

Great job Kristin.
