Album Notes
Brian is a musician/songwriter from the Greater Boston area. As a musician, Brian has played keyboards, guitar, and sang in many popular local bands over the years. As a songwriter, his music ranges from emotional ballads, to flat out rockers, from light-hearted party songs, to songs with much more serious tones. This is his story. Brian developed and interest in music and started playing piano at a young age. By the time he was in highschool, while other kids were playing football and baseball, Brian had already formed several bands, was writing songs, and making a name for himself as a serious musician.

Throughout the 80s and early 90s, Brian was a founding member of 2 original bands, Reel to Real and Reaction. With Reaction, Brian was the primary songwriter, getting local exposure through lots of live performing, and radio play. Reel to Real cut a demo that was shopped to the major record labels in California. During this time Brian's bands performed regularly at all the hottest Boston clubs, and shared the stage with local heros like Farrenheit, the Fools and the Stompers, as well as national acts like John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band, the Tubes, Foghat, and Meatloaf.

Over the late 90s and into the next millenium, Brian's songwriting continued, although it remained mostly unheard. Keeping his chops up, Brian played in local cover bands, like Guilty Party and Mirror Mirror, always trying to play the songs that no other bands played, and drawing big crowds in the process. But there was always that desire for people to hear his songs.

Now, Brian has decided it's time to let the people hear what he's been writing over the years. Doing all the playing and recording himself, Brian's new songs are coming to life. In 2003 Brian released his first self-produced CD titled "7 Songs", with lots more to come.
