ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Terry McCarthy's songs have a way of getting under your skin--in a good way. Each track is as original as the next--from upbeat, to introspective, to downright heartwarming. These are not just songs--they're the stuff of life.If you haven't checked his albums out yet, you're missing some great, poetic stuff. "Constellation Nora" and "2nd of Your Five Goodbyes" are my favorites: what are yours?

Wait, A Second!
I really loved the tunes on this cd. Thought it was very well "constructed",in terms of the song order. Nice flow. Production work's great, too.

As far as the tunes go: I'm a big fan of Terry McCarthy. His songs just seem to reach me and the sounds on this cd are no exception to the rule. I was captured start to finish. Can definitely see myself singing "What People Say" (great tune) to my daughter...and "Sundress Day"? Hehhehheh...I can definitely relate (nice lead work in there, btw). "Subway Dreaming" is just plain beautiful with it's chord changes and lyrics.

The band's top notch, too. Very tasteful and in the pocket. They are players, to be sure.

Great cd. Highly recommended, people...
