ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
McKEndo! is a new band started by Alexander McCabe and Osho Endo. Both musicians have had long careers in music. They first started playing Ska together with the popular band Mephiskapheles in the 1990’s.
McKEndo uses elements of Ska, Jazz and Electronic Dance Music. Most of the compositions are new and written by McCabe, there are three songs from the Mephiskapheles days: Satan on The Beach, Attack of The Geniuses and Snackin Pack. Dance will also be an important part of McKEndo – look for videos soon on the McKEndo YouTube Channel. The music is straight forward, danceable and accessible. Enjoy! Besides Mephiskapheles, McCabe has toured and recorded with among others Ray Charles, George Coleman, Chico O’Farrill and many more. He currently is a member of the George Colman JR. New Octet. Osho Endo has played and toured with The Blue Meanies, Moby and Franki Valli!
