A meditation and relaxation CD with guided instructions to three different practices to lead you to a calm and peaceful
space, cultivating awareness and deep relaxation. Ideal for those suffering from stress or anxiety and anyone who would
like to experience more peace and tranquillity in their daily lives.

Yoga Nidra Relaxation:
A deeply restful and restorative practice that can be defined as yogic sleep. It is practiced lying comfortably on the back or side so the body is completely relaxed. Yoga Nidra aims to take you to a deep state of relaxation, hovering on the borderline of sleep and wakefulness. In this state, known as the hypnagogic state, energy is liberated and redirected towards healing and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra helps us to relax and harmonise our body, mind and spirit.
There is both a long Yoga Nidra (25 minutes) and a short Yoga Nidra track (15 minutes) on this CD.

Pranayama:
A technique which uses breath control and awareness to calm the mind and energize the body. (10 minutes)

Heart Meditation:
Regular meditation practice tunes us in to the peaceful space within us, a place where we can take rest and find a sense of contentment and true happiness. The meditation on this CD focuses on purifying and opening the heart to help us to experience a sense of connectedness and openness to the world. (20 minutes)

Bird song and flute harmonies accompany the meditations.
