Album Notes
If you are reading this, you are probably looking for relief from anxiety and fear. None of us are immune from this timeless and universal suffering. We can learn from others who have successfully spent their lives, across many centuries, looking for an end to suffering. This 80-minute audio guided meditation CD combines wisdom from the East and West, science and contemplative traditions, clinical research and psychotherapy, talk and practice. May this CD bring the release and peace that it has brought to so many—to sleep and live without anxiety and fear.

Objectives and Content

1. The first step in addressing anxiety and fear is understanding the symptoms and causes. There are multiple perspectives ranging from medical to existential, each giving a valid point of view for a wider lens of awareness. Many traditions also offer prescriptive behaviors, thought processes, and ways of living to minimize obvious causes. ("Anxiety and Fear" 21:54)

2. Understanding provides the context for a meaningful practice. The breath is always with us, every living moment. It has different sounds.
