ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
An exploration of electro-acoustic musical soundscapes and solos. From graceful classical guitars to pounding tribal rhythms, these songs cover a wide range of dynamics while maintaining a consistency in style. MFK13 uses a "musical mantra" form of repeating chord progressions that continually evolve in tonality and intensity, creating the paradoxical feeling of staying the same while constantly changing. This is complemented by masterful featured musicians delivering emotional and emotive performances. The result is a symbiotic blend of acoustic instrumentation and digital synthesis.

Dig for Dawn

Pushing Dusk
featuring Juan-Miguel Cinanni (saxophone)

Witching the Hours
