The Alternative Kind

It's classic and it rocks!
Now this is what bluesy Rock N Roll should sound like! This is a band that have taken all the best elements of 70s rock bands like Led Zeppelin, Montrose, Deep Purple etc and distilled it and channeled it into the 9 songs on this album. This album is a tip of the hat to the bands of yore without sounding kitsch or derivative. If you are a fan of 70s rock or just rock music in general you will want to have this in your collection.
Singer Maria Mariadou sounds like Janis Joplin reincarnated and guitarist Giorgos Keratsopouloslays down the guitar riffs and solos with effortless ease. (who are the rest of the players on this recording,?it would be nice to know this) , Quite simply this album is classic and it rocks. Most definitely a Top 10 contender for 2019 even if it was released in 2018.
