ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Hello, my name is Michael Barrett. This digital album was put together to get my music to more people that don't watch too much television. I compose and produce music for television, mostly for reality TV shows. I write mostly the big epic stuff you hear in the background on shows and have been writing for some time now. All of these pieces have seen air time but not usually in their entirety. Usually the pieces are chopped up by the editors to fit whatever is going on on screen but I wanted to be able to present these pieces with no interruption to the general public. These are only for your listening pleasure and there is no licensing suggested or granted for use in any production when you purchase.

Why the title Nitesail? I own a music production company called Nitesail and I always wanted to release an "epic" album with my more popular works available to listen to. You can visit my site at www.nitesail.com where I keep a mostly current list of credits rolling listing shows my music appears on.

I hope you'll enjoy listening to these and hopefully it'll give you something else to listen to than the mainstream junk you're forced to hear. Thanks for listening!!!
