ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Fingerstyle guitarist, musican and composer Michael Busch, born in South-West Germany, started playing at the age of 15. After a long period of autodidactic playing and composing, he studied classical guitar at the Palatine Music Academy in Speyer.
He began his stage career in 1982 and found many groups and projects with a wide range of different styles, which greatly sculpted his style of playing. Michael is very much influenced by folk, classical, rock and jazzy.
In 1997, his solo career took off, playing acoustic guitar. He had many concerts that were sold out and many CD-releases. Michael is also a composer for film scores, he organises guitar festivals and workshops and has taught guitar and elementary music, since 1995.
His solo pieces are lyrical impressions about life and the openess of his music gives a strong sense of the world for the listener; a musical experience full of wholesome sensitivity and refreshing dynamism and spirituality.
