Series One: Establishing Mindfulness
The first exercises in this series focus mostly on calming down and getting in touch with Life – getting to know the elements of our human experience. The latter exercises help us to grow a healthy relationship with ourselves inwardly – a relationship that is essential for our happiness and the happiness of those around us.

About Michael:
Michael Ciborski is a Dharma teacher in the Lam Te Dhyana School (Lin Chi in Chinese, Rinzai in Japanese) and a member of the Order of Interbeing, a Buddhist tradition founded by Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh. Michael lived as a monk for seven years in Plum Village, France, and has worked intimately with Thich Nhat Hanh and the monastic community to organize, support and offer meditation retreats around the world. Michael also studies and practices in the tradition of Anthroposophy, begun by Rudolf Steiner. Michael now lives in an intentional spiritual community and mindfulness center in Southern New Hampshire known as MorningSun.
