About Michael:
Michael Ciborski is a Dharma teacher in the Lam Te Dhyana School (Lin Chi in Chinese, Rinzai in Japanese) and a member of the Order of Interbeing, a Buddhist tradition founded by Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh. Michael lived as a monk for seven years in Plum Village, France, and has worked intimately with Thich Nhat Hanh and the monastic community to organize, support and offer meditation retreats around the world. Michael also studies and practices in the tradition of Anthroposophy, begun by Rudolf Steiner. Michael now lives in an intentional spiritual community and mindfulness center in Southern New Hampshire known as MorningSun.

Gratitude from Michael
"Gratitude is offered to the many wonderful beings who helped bring these practices to fruition - especially Thay Thich Nhat Hanh, and the Brothers and Sisters of the Plum Village monastic community. Through them much gratitude is offered to the Ancestral Teachers who have so adeptly handed these practices down, generation to generation. Gratitude is also offered to Rudolf Steiner, and the many mentors and friends who have helped me to grow and encouraged me to share these meditations – we are walking the path together."
