Album Notes
As I have performed over the past several years, I have had many requests for a Christmas recording. This has been something I have also wanted to do myself for quite some time. There are so many wonderful Christmas melodies out there. It was quite a task to choose those which I felt had a special meaning for this recording. I have called this a "tapestry" of Christmas. You'll find a weaving of familiar and less familiar. Old and new. Secular and religious. I want to paint a picture of the overall joy that this season brings. Most of all, I want to highlight the most important part of Christmas--the reason we celebrate Christmas in the first place--Christ's birth. I hope you enjoy these melodies and that they help you to find true joy as you celebrate this Christmas.
