Album Notes
If you ever have the opportunity to sit Michael Morgan at a piano, you are not going anywhere for while. His music is mesmerizing, simple, elegant and moving.

"I know the music is doing what it should when the pets in the house come and lie next to the piano and relax" Michael will say with a wistful smile and his South African accent. And its not just the piano, he is a talented guitarist and drummer as well. His passion for yoga and work as Yoga teacher often has him playing his music live at yoga workshops.

We asked him why Sacred Wound - Michael tells us he got the idea when he started to understand deep emotional wounds can be used as a source for healing not despair. This is my way of adding a musical journey to healing and connection.

It is just that - a deeply moving album that works well in mediation, yoga or just relaxing.
