ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Cullens Bridge came to be when Mickey Galyeans father Cullen Galyean passed away. Cullen was one of the great 1st generation banjo players and songwriters. Mickey and Cullen had a band for a while until Cullen became to sick to play. So Mickey enlisted the help of bass player Brad Hiatt from Orcard Gap, Virginia, fiddler Jordan Blevins from Marion Va. , and last but not least. The 2012 IBMA Songwriter of the Year and awesome banjo picker Rick Pardue. So this rounded out the band with Mickey Galyean laying out some very demanding vocals and driving guitar. Absolutely this band is what traditional bluegrass should sound like.
