ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
I composed these songs for a period of over 40 years. This project was difficult to complete because I had cancer on my nose and a tumor on my back that bled.I was also very anemic and tired but forged ahead thinking of a grandson or granddaughter that would some day be born and at some point hear this and be inspired. It was all recorded on Pro Tools with an Audio Technica AT4040 on a Martin D-18 1967. The idea for the title came from a night returning from Portland when it was blowing a storm and seeing the Music Rd. sign up in the mountains.I told artist Bill Steidel about my idea and he finished it in a day. What a great cover and piece by a great artist. Bob Mushen produced this Cd and wrote a poem that I will put up on here for it and Ray Wyatt did the back cover and got the rest together.
