ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Based in Charlottesville, VA, Mike Dunn and Janet Muse have played for many years for waltzes, English Country Dances, Scottish Country Dances, and contradances. With this album, they explore the different moods of the waltz - from joyful to tragic, playful to pensive. Although each track was recorded with dancing in mind, at typical waltz tempo, the variety of each arrangement makes for a lovely experience if you just want to relax and listen.
