ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Mike was only a teenager when he started on the local music beat but had been playing strings for many years. A lengthy training in classical guitar contributed to his quick adaptation to traditional music and he is now a fixture of the St. John's music scene. Mike has performed as a guest musician on a number of CD's and was once a member of the ECMA/JUNO Award-winning Irish Descendants.

Very versatile and equally adept on the bouzouki, mandolin, guitar and banjo, Mike also is a fine singer with a large repertoire of traditional songs from both sides of the Atlantic.
