Album Notes
Mike Henderson’s White Arrow Project is a musical journey driven by a passion
for acoustic guitars, and is embellished with the dynamic interplay of drums,
bass, electric guitar, percussion, synthesizer, electric cello and vocals. Many
years in the making, this CD is a reflection of Mike’s wide interest in such
diverse artists as Steve Tibbetts, Dead Can Dance, Kate Bush and Brian Eno and
also showcases his unique playing style as can be heard in his instrumental
group Djam Karet.

Each musician was invited to listen to the existing tracks Mike had previously
created, and then add their own musical flavoring, which helped to give each
song its own unique character. Although everyone involved lives in the same
small town in Southern California and have performed and recorded with other
members of the group before, this was the first time that they had all come
together to contribute their talents on the same recording project. And it is
this spirit of dedicated friendship and camaraderie that is apparent throughout
this warm and inviting CD.
