Album Notes
A commercial artist by trade, retired art director
for various advertising agencies over the past 4 decades
has been playing guitar partime, for many top bands
throughout Fiji and the Pacific. Self taught, has
many influences such as Carlos Santana, Larry Carlton,
Jimi Hendrix, Ritchie Blackmore, Lee Ritenour,
Neil Schon, Frank Gambale and Greg Howe to name
a few. Mike has recorded a full album of 14 songs
but prefers to release as singles. His vast experience
in different genres is expressed throughout his
music, mainly consisting of instrumental tunes.
He has dedicated his music to all his FaceBook
fans and the lads of 19 Toti Street, Lami : Frank,
Johnson, Uncle Joe, Noel, Lota, Joseph and Mapu.
He is also known by his closest friends as
the "Wailada Chef"
