Album Notes
Mimi Cross studied music at Ithaca College and received an MA from New York University. She has been a performer, a music educator, and a yoga instructor. Cross wrote the song BEFORE GOODBYE as a companion piece for her debut novel of the same name, which was published by Skyscape in January of 2016 and is about a musician whose life takes a dark turn after she loses her muse. Her next book, SHINING SEA will be published on May 24th, 2016 and is also about musicians. You can find her full length CDs, MONKEY TRAP and I SLEPT… here on CD Baby as well as on iTunes.

During the course of her musical career, Mimi has shared the bill with artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, and Sting.
