ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The fusion band Mirada Interna releases its first album entitled "Ciega Fuerza" (Blind Force). The band mixes rock with Afro-Venezuelan rhythms adapted to the drums, electronic music and jazz. It defines itself as Afro-Venezuelan rock, a genre in which the strength of the typical drum rhythms of the region and the powerful energy of rock music meet to create a peerless and captivating combination. The album is conceptual; through the music and sound effects it tells the story of a character, a man who travels through his dreams to reach his subconscious where his deepest instincts and fears are hidden.

The band:
Jorge Espinoza - drums, keyboard, synthesizer, quitiplás, darbuka, maracas, foley and vocals.
Carlos Caminos - synthesized, electro-acoustic and electric guitar.
Luis Salas - bass.
Mirelys Dugarte - background vocals.

Jorge Espinoza - songwriter, producer, engineer mixer, mastering engineer.
