Featuring SUBLIME music!
Mischa Lefkowitz adds another exquisite album to continue the "Evening of Romantic Pleasure" collection!
Again, like the previous album in the collection, this CD features a mix of live & studio recordings, and it continues offering the listener a variety of pieces - including very fresh interpretations of Chopin (Track #1) and Piazzolla (Track #8).
The musicianship of Mr Lefkowitz is particularly finessed in the last 3 tracks on this album, which feature a uniquely gorgeous (heart-stopping!) performance of 3 newly-composed works by a living composer. There is clearly a deep creative bond between Mr Lefkowitz and this composer (Vlasse), whose music he interprets with a unique “spiritual” intensity!
Bottom line: this is another sublime selection of pieces and everything about this album is sure to seduce listeners!

What a superb selection!!
I could listen to “Krunk” and “Vocalise" every day for the rest of my life; what utter beauty those pieces capture! And who can resist a fabulous Tango? But then there is also the catharsis and pain of the last two works on this album; they are an homage to loss, tearful but tender and a celebration of lost loved-ones.
This album carries the listener through a varied emotional landscape and features a superb display of technical prowess by Mr Lefkowitz!
