Album Notes
Mississippi Gabe Carter got his start, and formed his style, by following in the tradition of Jack Owens and others of Bentonia, Mississippi. The haunting style of the Bentonia region has always been deeply spiritual. It has a spiritual anointing that inevitably resonates somewhere deep within the listener in an undeniably supernatural way.

Many of Carter's lyrics on every prior album, quite literally, speak of God and the supernatural world. On this album, Carter has fully devoted every song and every note to the Spirit of the Father of Lights, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lord's, in a way that will truly deliver.
