Album Notes
For more than 20 years as a popular radio disc jockey in broadcast markets including Nashville, Tampa/St. Pete, and Orlando, Mitchell Stone played the hits and learned what makes a song great. He later parlayed that knowledge into another career, so now, as a singer/songwriter in his own right, he continues to grow and prosper as a regular notable contributor to the contemporary music scene. Of the hundreds of original songs Mitchell Stone has written and recorded since 2009, the lion's share has been a mixed bag of pop, country, patriotic, rock, and blues.

Although a child of the '60s with his music roots in the songs of the Motown sound and the British Revolution, Mitchell has carved his own creative path, coming up with his unique writings and clever song styling...always with beautiful originality, and never imitating anyone. And the resultant repertoire has been astonishingly good.

Varying from the Irish upbeat pop of "Bonnie Jean" to the bluesy "Baby Daddy" and the slow love progressions of "Beautiful Angel" (and plenty of styles in between), you'll find this a comfortable album to get comfortable with. Especially if there's someone you love with you. To paraphrase a famous potato chip commercial: betcha can't listen just once.

So be entertained—and be proud to say we're the USA!
