ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
-----------------

My Life in Black and White colors its roots-punk palette with shades of country and western (to paraphrase an old joke) to evoke noir-ish images of a harsh past and bleak future. The [Portland] quintet, however, bears quite a similarity to Bay Area literate-punk legends Jawbreaker -particularly its singer, who's raspy, slight vocals are hauntingly reminiscent of Jawbreakers Blake Schwarzenbach.
But the songs' singalong choruses and stomping western feel give them their own charachter, as well. DAVE CLIFFORD, Willamette Week.

Awesome Punk Western Sound-
Awesome Punk Western Sound that is good from front to back. No need to skip songs, this kept me listening all the way through. Excellent mix of instruments and speed...... Good job guys. I can't wait for the next one.
