ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
With two of the members (Kevin Kmetz, Masahiro Nitta) having toured and recorded with
the likes of Jennifer Batten (Michael Jackson's guitarist for over a decade) and Hidano
Shuichi (Japan's most celebrated Taiko Master), and Kyle Abbott having dedicated years
to learning a wide variety of instruments and vocal styles, Monsters have been thrilling
audiences with their jaw dropping combination of Traditional Tsugaru folk songs mixed
with Irish gigs, Bach fugues, bluegrass classics, jazz standards, mind blowing original
compositions and even Heavy Metal and pop covers. To witness this group firsthand is to
witness not only a fusion of East and West but also of past and future.
