Album Notes
Moodswing is an award winning vocal jazz quartet from the San Francisco Bay Area that performs a wide variety of jazz styles. Members are Michelle Hawkins, Julie Ford, Paul Ford, and Clinton Day.

“Laughing All the Way” is their debut CD, featuring Joe Gilman, piano; Clinton Day, bass; and Phil Hawkins, drums and percussion. The CD is a collection of sacred and secular Christmas favorites, accompanied and a cappella, arranged by Greg Murai, Clinton Day, and Michelle Hawkins. Ballads to up-tempo, swing to samba, there are plenty of tasty piano solos and scats by all vocalists.
