Album Notes
The New York-based trio Morning Bound is a new collaboration between vocalist Tammy Scheffer, vocalist/bassist Panagiotis Andreou and drummer Ronen Itzik. The three musicians playfully blend electro-pop, jazz-rock, and Mediterranean soul with live vocal loops and effects, fusing a wide array of musical backgrounds into an enjoyably unique, yet cohesive musical experience. Their debut self-titled EP will be released on May 24th 2015, and pre release copies will be available in this concert.

In their first year of activity Morning Bound performed at the NJ Proghouse Festival, filmed a live performance video for Martin Cohen’s popular live performance YouTube channel “CongaHead,” and held multiple residencies at New York City’s top rock and jazz clubs. In the summer of 2014, Morning Bound released two studio performance videos off their EP to enthusiastic reviews from No Treble Magazine and the Musical Melting Pot, as well as from fellow musicians and music fans worldwide. Their live video for Relix Magazine will be released later in the summer of 2015.
