ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
TreeSpeak steps, skips, romps and sometimes runs through many scenes and moods. It also sits in quiet contemplation. It is....fun, thoughtful, lighthearted, and pensive, exploring the didgeridoo's many voices in a collection of solo and ensemble pieces.

Treespeak was released on Spring of 2008 by Seattle-based didgeridoo artist Pamela Mortensen. It is clear that Mortensen has a great time telling each story from the romping dance beats of Urban Feet and Dance with Me to the longing spirituality of Blu to the humorous Night Stick where one could almost hear the didgeridoo sneaking out for some late night revelry. Each song is different from the last making this collection one of most listenable didgeridoo albums.

Amazing, because..
I'm still amazed at how she creates every little nuance to make an album. Very cool.
